Build Light Table Screen Printing Light Table Question?

Screen printing light table question? - build light table

I built a screen printing table light that is 4x4 meters to 12 fluorescent style calendar. I think it is not bright enough to burn a screen, though. I just purchased bulbs 40WATT - will it be? If not, then increase the quantity and type of light should be able to burn on the screens?

My friend has worked the Print Screen and uses 8 x4 'fluorescent bulb on a 3'x3' and has worked for over 10 years. Much depends on the type of emulsion you are using to burn your independence. Typically, about 5 minutes. Remember, you need a vacuum source to screen against the glass and keep the negative kind, may determine the length of stay. If it is printed on the veil, unless the picture is too dark, the firing time or the emulsion will not be published reduced. Try to practice a few pieces properly. UV or halogen work better, but again you have to play with it until it does. Good luck
